Returns & Refunds policy
We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. That’s why we offer a return policy tailored to the nature of our products. However, please note that due to the sensitive nature of cosmetics, returns are only accepted under specific conditions.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, or from the date a third party you have appointed (other than the carrier) takes possession of the product.
To initiate the return process, customers must contact us at support(at)love-and-care.com or via WhatsApp at +964 751 178 2069 (available during office hours). Please provide the following details: A clear description of the reason for the return; Photos of the received package, including the product condition. As well as your order or booking number.
Once we receive this information, we will provide you with further instructions on where and how to return the package.
Conditions for returns:
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The goods must have been ordered within the last 14 days.
The goods must be in their original, unopened packaging.
Used products, opened packaging, broken Love&Care and/or product seals, or tampered items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (for example: Gifts).
Goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature, such as products that deteriorate rapidly or are past their expiration date.
Goods that, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once opened.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our discretion.
Returning Goods
Since some of our delivery's are for free of Charge, changes are that the return will be free of charge too due our delivery partners. In all other cases, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your return. Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.
Refunds:
Once your return is approved and we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, and no additional fees will be charged from our side.
